I grew up in Brazil, where the connection to nature wasn't something you had to seek out — it was just part of life. The way people ate, moved, and took care of themselves was always tied to the earth. Plants weren't a trend. They were the answer.

That upbringing shaped everything about how I think about health. Not as something complicated or expensive or overwhelming — but as something simple, consistent, and deeply rooted in what nature already provides.
